· 2 brioche burger buns · Cream cheese for spreading · Red onion · Mixed salad to taste · 1 pack of Serrano Pulled Pork
Elaboration
STEP 1
Open the brioche buns and toast them lightly. STEP 2
Slice the red onion and place it in a bowl with ice water along with the lettuce leaves to keep them crisp. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels. STEP 3
Spread the brioche buns with the cream cheese. STEP 4
Add the onion and the salad, then fill the bun with the Pulled Pork heated according to the package instructions. STEP 5
Serve immediately.
