1 chopped onion
1 chopped courgette

150 g sliced or diced horseshoe Chorizo Sarta, Chorizo lonchas & Chiffonnade
150 g creamy goat's cheese
350 g macaroni
Olive oil, salt and freshly-ground pepper

Elaboration

STEP 1
Boil the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente.
STEP 2
In a frying pan, saut the vegetables in a little olive oil until al dente.
STEP 3
Add the chorizo and cheese.
STEP 4
Add the macaroni and turn several times until coated.
STEP 5
Season to taste and serve hot
