4 Large potatoes
4 Large artichokes
250 g Serrano ham
41 Lemon
Virgin olive oil
Black pepper.

Elaboration

STEP 1
Slice the potatoes and artichokes into fairly thick slices and squeeze a lemon over the artichokes.
STEP 2
Lay them in separate baking dishes, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with oil, and bake in a pre-heated oven.
STEP 3
You can also warm the ham through in the oven, but do not add any oil or salt.
STEP 4
To serve, layer the potato, artichoke and ham like a lasagne in as many layers as you like.
STEP 5
Sprinkle with freshly-ground black pepper and serve.
