Vegetables: 1 tomato, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 onion.
Sliced horseshoe Chorizo Sarta, Chorizo lonchas & Chiffonnade
100g goat's cheese
Herbs for garnish: fresh thyme and oregano.
Salt flakes.

Elaboration

STEP 1
Arrange the chopped vegetables on the pizza base.
STEP 2
Top with the chorizo and goat´s cheese.
STEP 3
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for approximately 18 minutes.
STEP 4
Season with salt flakes and scatter with herbs.
