Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
100 g mushrooms,
1 green pepper,
1 red pepper,
all chopped
150 g horseshoe Chorizo Sarta,
diced or sliced Chorizo lonchas & Chiffonnade
Olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Elaboration

STEP 1
Saut the vegetables and chorizo until just cooked.
STEP 2
Place the chicken breasts in an oven dish, drizzle with olive oil, season and bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.
STEP 3
You can also fry them if you prefer.
STEP 4
Slice the chicken breasts and add the rest of the ingredients, season to taste and serve.
